Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator

Pay Rate:$ per hour

Schedule:1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available!

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, stack, relocate, and track merchandise within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role may also assist with order picking and order checking as needed and requires experience operating sit-down and/or clamp forklifts.

What It Takes to Drive Forks For Us:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent stand-up reach forklift experience required
• Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move, stack, and store merchandise safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product quantities and maintain shipping accuracy
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, for inventory tracking
• Complete equipment inspections and report safety or inventory concerns promptly
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment
