The Transportation Aide/Driver safely transports residents to and from appointments while providing excellent customer service and schedules the appointments and maintains the transportation calendar.

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments and outings safely.
• Assist residents during transport, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintain transport logs.
• Communicate transportation schedules with nursing and administrative staff.

Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations and facility policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
