** Responsible for controlling inventory movement and adjustments.

* Supervisory Responsibilities:

*** Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for controlling inventory movement and processing inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Monitors inventory transactions, investigates discrepancies, and reconciles inventory variances.
* Maintains accurate inventory data within the inventory management system.
* Coordinates cycle counts and assists with physical inventory audits.
* Reviews and documents inventory transfers, receipts, and shipments.
* Works with operations and warehouse personnel to resolve inventory-related issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Ensure inventory integrity through accurate tracking, movement control, adjustment processing, and discrepancy resolution.

* Education and Experience:

** High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of related experience required.

* Physical Requirements:

**** Required Skills/Abilities:
*** Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
* Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and squat while performing inventory counts and inspections.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to
** 25-50 pounds
** on a regular basis.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and computers.
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed to access inventory locations.
* Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements for data entry and scanning activities.
* Ability to visually inspect inventory, read labels, and distinguish product numbers and codes.
* Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust.
