Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-4:15 PM

Jarvis Sign Company is looking for a dependable Warehouse & Yard Assistant to help keep our warehouse, yard, materials, and deliveries organized and running smoothly.

No two days are the same. You'll help receive and organize materials, load trucks, make local deliveries and pickups, and support our production and installation teams to keep projects moving on schedule. • Keep the warehouse, yard, and property clean, organized, and safe.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify materials against packing slips.
• Organize and stage materials for production and installation crews.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Make local deliveries to job sites and pick up materials from vendors.
• Assist with inventory and equipment tracking.
• Perform basic maintenance and care of company equipment.
• Help maintain company vehicles, trailers, and facility grounds.
• Support the Logistics and Installation Managers with daily operational needs.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Forklift, scissor lift, or similar equipment experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
