Job Description:

The Supervisor, RES reports to the Customization Manager and is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and efficient workflow within the distribution center's Customization area.

Job Summary:

This position oversees order processing, order allocation, customization documentation, payroll, contractor trim inventory, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Supervisor works closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure orders are entered correctly, shipped and billed on time, inventory is accurately received, and daily departmental operations are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the Customization Department within the distribution center.

Oversee daily order processing activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with Order Allocation to ensure all orders are properly allocated and shipped and billed on time.

Work closely with Customer Serviceto ensure orders are entered correctly and contain accurate information required for shipping.

Monitor customization documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.

Identify and resolve order processing or documentation issues that may impact shipping or billing deadlines.

Oversee departmental payroll activities and ensure employee time records are accurate and completed according to established procedures.

Oversee the receipt and management ofcontractor trim inventory.

Ensure trim inventory is received accurately and in accordance with applicable

Purchase Orders.

Review inventory receipts and address discrepancies between received materials and purchase order requirements.

Supervise, lead, coach, and support department staff.

Coordinate employee work schedules, staffing, and vacation requests to ensure daily operations and workload requirements are met.

Monitor department workflow and adjust staffing or priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
