Dillon is hiring a Senior Indigenous Rights and Consultation Lead to enhance efforts in integrating Indigenous rights into planning and environmental assessments.
Your role will ensure adherence to the Duty to Consult while facilitating effective relationships with Indigenous communities. Your insight will support successful project execution across diverse sectors such as infrastructure and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct landscape and cultural impact assessments
• Advise on Indigenous land and resource use
• Develop resources for consultation best practices
• Coordinate project initiatives and manage teams
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders
Requirements:
• Relevant Master’s degree preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in consulting
• In-depth understanding of Indigenous frameworks
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
