Payroll Operations Manager at University

In this role, you will report to the Director of Payroll Services, working closely with various departments like Financial Services and Human Resources. Your responsibilities include assessing payroll operational needs, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing. You'll contribute significantly to the payroll team’s initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and support special payment and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Financial Services and HR for payroll operations

• Conduct gap analyses and assess operational requirements

• Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy in reconciliations

• Assist in planning and project executions to enhance services

• Serve as a backup for the Director in critical tasks
