Position: Experienced Actuary for Empire Life Team
Empire Life is actively hiring an Actuary to enhance our Corporate Actuarial team! This role is ideal for those with a strong background in leading actuarial projects and complex analyses.

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years in insurance or financial services who hold an FSA or FCIA designation. As an Actuary, you will guide projects, tackle complex issues, and support your team and stakeholders through effective collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead actuarial project development and analysis

• Advise on business strategy through research and solutions

• Mentor team members for effective project execution

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee experience studies and ensure model consistency

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience

• Completed FSA and/or FCIA designation

• University degree in math/economics/business required

• Advanced knowledge of actuarial software applications

• Strong analytical and organization skills
