- You're completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than five years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- You’re excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory.

- You bring strong relationship‑building skills and enjoy connecting with others.

- A comprehensive training and development experience that provides a thorough understanding of Scotiabank’s Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
- Opportunities within the Wealth Advisory businesses to gain exposure to how these areas apply to an overall wealth strategy for a client’s life.
- Placement in a Scotia Mc Leod office to work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to meet licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
- Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
