Position: North York Workday Analyst Role
Join our North York team as a Workday Technical Analyst, where your post-production support skills are essential. Engage in a hybrid work arrangement while helping to enhance financial systems.

As a Technical Analyst, you will support and lead various financial system initiatives. Emphasizing post-production support, you will manage configurations, analyze business processes, and develop tailored strategies to streamline operations. Your collaborative approach will ensure alignment with stakeholder needs, and you will assist with UAT and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IS and business initiatives for timely delivery

• Support financial system configurations and integrations

• Analyze business processes for improvements

• Collaborate during validation to ensure user satisfaction

• Prepare technical documentation and user training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum 5 years of Workday Finance experience

• Experience in end-to-end Workday Finance implementation

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
