This full-time position requires at least 24 months of recent client service experience. Key responsibilities include processing electronic and manual claims, administering employee expense claims, and delivering financial analysis to support operations. You will also respond to inquiries, manage travel arrangements, and maintain accurate financial records according to DND policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and verify electronic and manual claims
• Process travel and employee relocation expenses
• Provide financial findings for operations support
• Respond to inquiries from managers and suppliers
• Manage travel bookings using AMEX GBT/NEO
Requirements:
• Minimum 24 months client service experience
• Recent experience in financial administration
• Familiarity with claims processing systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to attend mandatory training sessions
