PIA is looking for a Client Service Specialist to deliver specialized support to Investment Advisors. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing crucial documentation for meetings, and generating insightful reports on client accounts. Maintaining compliance with policies and prioritizing client satisfaction are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver dedicated administrative support to Advisors
• Communicate effectively with clients and prepare meeting materials
• Analyze client accounts and create detailed reports
• Manage marketing materials and client information packages
• Adhere to compliance standards and risk management policies
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
• Licensed Investment Representative (IR) in Canada
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with wealth management is an asset
