As a key member of the team, you'll leverage your 24 months of experience in client service to process claims and ensure compliance with the Financial Administration Act. Your strong attention to detail and effective communication skills will be essential in managing financial transactions and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders. Holding an active Secret-level clearance is a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative support for payrolling
• Handle travel and relocation claims using approved platforms
• Respond to enquiries about financial processes
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with privacy standards
Requirements:
• 24 months of client service experience within 5 years
• Experience with government financial systems an asset
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid Secret-level clearance mandatory
• On-site presence required in Kingston for 3 days/week
