Key Responsibilities:
• Support business owners to scale and grow strategically
• Improve cash flow and profitability for clients
• Navigate M&A, funding, and exit strategies
• Strengthen financial systems, controls, and reporting
• Deliver insights that drive real business impact
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience at a CFO level
• CPA, CMA or equivalent required
• Strong connections in the Greater Vancouver market
• Ability to sustain yourself financially during ramp-up
• Commercial mindset with hands-on approach
