In this 9-month full-time position, the City of Brockville seeks a Supervisor to lead its Customer Service Office within the Finance team. You will manage a range of responsibilities, from municipal property taxation to coaching staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of customer service

• Coach and support Customer Service staff members

• Manage property taxation duties including billing and collections

• Prepare variance reports and financial reconciliations

• Coordinate collection procedures for overdue accounts

Requirements:

• Three-year college diploma related to Finance or Accounting

• At least three years of experience in municipal finances

• Knowledge of financial principles and municipal taxation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
