As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage services, leading a dedicated team focused on exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with staff and management to implement effective strategies for dining and catering, while managing both budget and inventory. Your leadership will directly influence the hotel’s reputation and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food and beverage operations across the hotel's venues
• Guarantee quality service and food presentation standards are met
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and enhance service
• Recruit, train, and manage staff closely
• Oversee inventory and financial tracking
Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 2-5 years in food and beverage management
• Experience with catered events is necessary
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in demanding situations
