Position: Aramark Food and Beverage Director role
Transform guest dining experiences as the Food and Beverage Manager at the Donald Gorden Hotel and Conference Centre in Kingston, Ontario. Focus on quality service, profitability, and team development.

In this pivotal role with Aramark, you will lead the culinary operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bars, and catering services. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all food and beverage service operations

• Ensure adherence to quality standards in presentation and service

• Resolve guest complaints to enhance satisfaction

• Recruit, onboard, and manage food and beverage staff

• Monitor inventory levels and manage budgets accurately

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management preferred

• 2-5 years of relevant leadership experience

• Previous catered event management necessary

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to excel under pressure
