This seasonal position focuses on delivering high-level customer service while ensuring the docks operate efficiently. As part of the crew, you will adhere to safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inquiries. A strong service orientation and energetic approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding hospitality to guests and team members

• Manage guest traffic on and off the docks

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times

• Handle mooring lines and keep docks clean

• Support Food & Beverage deliveries to boats

Requirements:

• O.S.S.D. or equivalent diploma

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Energetic personality with a strong service orientation

• Valid Ontario driver's license, Class G2 or higher

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in all weather
