JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our industrial waste sector team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main responsibilities include:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce our services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation/Prospecting: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers in the industrial waste sector.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are tracked and updated regularly.
  • Client Meetings: Responsible for setting up and scheduling client meetings for the account manager. Conduct client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to present our services and negotiate contracts, if required.
  • Quotations: In response to customer’s needs, provide formal quotations/estimates to complete the scope of work.
  • Work closely with other business development team members as well Operations staff to help facilitate, administer & deliver superior customer service to our customers
  • WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Office environment, long periods of sitting may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work and/or visit various sites
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial waste sector or a related industry.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
  • Ability to perform research and analysis
  • COMPENSATION INFORMATION

    The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience
