Key Responsibilities:
• Support all branches of Robertson Electric
• Manage customer calls with professionalism
• Process service requests including order entry and pricing
• Aid Account Managers in fulfilling customer needs
• Resolve product-related issues and returns
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in the electrical industry preferred
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional communication abilities
• Capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Wire & Cable knowledge is advantageous
