Position: Full-Time Parts Counterperson at Rush Truck
Become a full-time Parts Counterperson at Rush Truck Centres of Canada in Kingston. Contribute to a customer-focused environment by selling parts and providing strategic support.

This position involves engaging with customers to sell parts, efficiently managing inventory, and responding to inquiries over the phone.

You'll work with in a supportive team atmosphere in a permanent role at Ontario's premier truck dealership, ensuring customers receive first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and invoice parts to various customers

• Assist in selecting the required parts and suggest companions

• Provide swift parts support to technicians

• Answer calls and quote parts prices to customers

• Audit inventory for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required

• Parts Technician Certificate preferred

• Prior experience in Heavy Truck or Automotive is an asset

• Rotating shifts including days and Saturdays

• Good computer skills; CDK/ADP familiarity is a plus
