Collaborating with your team means you'll be flexible in various store areas, from fitting rooms to cash wrap, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your commitment to upholding our values will guide your interactions and problem-solving efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Provide product education and personalized suggestions

• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program

• Switch between roles across sales, cash wrap, and stockroom

• Resolve guest inquiries in line with company policy

Requirements:

• Love interacting with a variety of customers

• Skilled in multitasking in a fast-picked environment

• Availability must cover evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous retail experience is beneficial

• Must be at least 16 years old
