Support CAA Members with exemplary service as a Member Consultant at CAA Services. Focus on selling memberships, car rentals, and Travel Insurance solutions.

CAA Services is on the lookout for a Member Consultant dedicated to delivering quality Member experiences. In this role, you will sell memberships, manage car rental bookings, and issue International Driving permits. Your expertise in educating Members on Travel Insurance options will be critical in providing peace of mind and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and related merchandise to Members

• Facilitate car rental reservations for convenience

• Capture passport photos to assist Members

• Issue International Driving permits efficiently

• Provide information on Travel Insurance options

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

• Completion of TICO certification or in-progress

• Availability for flexible store operating hours

• Preferred background in Travel and Tourism
