We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate for a home care company. This role combines community outreach, sales, relationship-building, and client care consultations.
This is more than a traditional sales role. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. You will be out in the community building trust, developing referral partnerships, educating people about our services, and helping families navigate important care decisions. Your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships will directly impact the quality of care and support seniors receive.

- Ability to travel within the community for meetings, networking, and client visits
