Pre-Planning Director

Position: Full-Time Pre-Planning Director
Shape the future of pre-planning with Arbor Memorial as a full-time Pre-Planning Director in Kingston, Ontario. Connect with families to facilitate meaningful funeral and cemetery pre-arrangements in this rewarding role.

In this position, you will report directly to the Branch Manager at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Your responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss their pre-planning needs and promoting cemetery and funeral services in the community. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong customer care skills and previous experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact client families to assess pre-arrangement needs

• Communicate the Pre Need Funeral planning program

• Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and outreach

• Organize seminars and community presentations

• Ensure accurate completion of contracts and documents

Requirements:

• Completion of relevant pre-planning courses preferred

• Strong customer care and sales experience

• Active community involvement

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
