Elevate customer satisfaction as a Field Sales Specialist at Latham Pool Products. This bilingual role involves extensive travel across Ontario and Quebec, focusing on customer training and Measure support.

As a crucial part of our sales team, you will drive the adoption of our proprietary Measure solution, offering technical support and training to dealers and ensuring they receive the guidance they need. You will engage in measuring sessions and participate in industry events to promote our offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer training

• Conduct technical training and onboarding for new personnel

• Lead in-field measuring sessions to enhance sales conversion

• Attend trade shows to showcase our products

• Ensure thorough entry of CRM activities for dealers

Requirements:

• Technical aptitude and ability to learn tools quickly

• Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred

• Excellent teamwork and project management abilities

• Proven capacity to solve complex technical issues

• Flexibility for travel, including overnight stays
