Community Specialist, Sales

Position: Apple Community Specialist
Become the driving force behind Apple’s retail experience as a Community Specialist in Kingston, Ontario. This fixed-term role focuses on sales engagements and relationship building with partner resellers in your community.

In this 12-month position, you will represent Apple while showcasing products and spearheading customer interactions across multiple stores. By fostering relationships, educating partners, and conducting in-store training, you will enhance the customer journey while upholding Apple’s brand standards. This role requires reliable transportation and involves a flexible 40-hour work week, primarily from Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Apple in partner stores and engage with customers

• Drive sales and support partner relationships effectively

• Showcase products and enhance customer experiences

• Seek out opportunities to expand brand awareness

• Ensure adherence to Apple’s merchandising standards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience is preferred

• Passion for Apple technology and customer service

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to influence and educate effectively

• Reliable personal transportation required
