Enhance dealer success with Latham Pool Products as a Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist for Measure. This full-time role requires extensive travel across Ontario and Quebec to provide training and support.

You will be the key contact for dealer product training and technical assistance, working directly in the field.

Your role involves troubleshooting and conducting training sessions using our Measure technology, ensuring that pool professionals and new sales team members gain expertise effectively. Expect to participate in industry events while driving adoption of our measuring solutions through hands-on engagement and dealer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-field dealer training and troubleshoot issues

• Facilitate training sessions for new Latham sales personnel

• Assist in on-site measuring and support dealer conversion

• Maintain thorough CRM records for new dealers

• Offer solutions for consumer complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Technical aptitude with technology tools

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Teamwork and project management skills

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Ability to travel 80% of the time
