This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Lead Carpenter located in Sydenham, ON. In this role, the Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute various residential and commercial construction tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and the use of power tools and hand tools. Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring high‑quality construction, and maintaining a safe job site for all team members.

• Proficiency in Carpentry, including both framing and finish carpentry
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Strong leadership skills, including team coordination and task delegation
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards on‑site
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Previous experience in residential or commercial construction is an asset
• Working at Heights

• Asset – Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
• Asset – 5 to 10 years of experience
