We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused High‑Rise Window Cleaner to join our professional team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working at heights, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on commercial and residential high‑rise buildings.

• Perform exterior window cleaning on high‑rise buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair methods
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Inspect, maintain, and prepare cleaning equipment and rigging gear
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and building management
• Ensure high‑quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of weather conditions and job site hazards

• Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems
• Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest) — preferred but not always required
• Strong physical fitness and comfort working at extreme heights
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
