Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician Needed

You will work across multiple locations, supporting a maintenance program that ensures operational efficiency and excellent curb appeal. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background and must be ready for an on-call rotation. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effective collaboration with residents, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and property features

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of equipment and tools

• Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, if applicable

• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor on budget adherence

• Resolve complaints and address issues with professionalism

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems

• Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duty

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

• Excellent communication skills
