In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems within water and wastewater treatment environments. You must embody a culture of safety while ensuring compliance with local electrical codes. The role emphasizes independent work and advanced problem-solving abilities, supporting effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair electrical equipment in water treatment facilities
• Conduct HVAC, ventilation, and automation maintenance
• Coordinate and manage electrical installations and projects
• Plan, design, and acquire necessary permits
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
Requirements:
• 309A Electrician or 442A certification
• Relevant post-secondary diploma preferred
• Minimum 4 years of industrial experience
• Class G drivers’ license necessary
• Experience in a water/wastewater setting is beneficial
