We are hiring a 310T Mechanic or Apprentice at Tomlinson in Kingston. Engage in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems as part of our dynamic team.
At Tomlinson Environmental Facility, the role of a 310T Mechanic is crucial for maintaining our fleet's reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical repairs, particularly in gas and diesel engines, and be willing to learn and grow in their craft. Fieldwork may also be involved in this hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and test repaired systems to specifications
• Perform essential maintenance services including oil changes
• Inspect units for faults and malfunctions
• Repair or replace faulty mechanical systems
• Record work performed in detailed reports
Requirements:
• Secondary education completion
• Must possess a 310T Heavy Truck/Coach License
• Proven skills in diagnosing mechanical issues
• Experience with routine maintenance practices
• G license is mandatory
