Overview of Role  Our client is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their Kingstonteam, who is open to on-going growth opportunities within the organization.

Your Day-to-Day   Responsibly service HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Ensure the secure operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
What You Bring to this Position   High School Diploma, minimum requirement.
Gas Technician II License, required.
Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario

D), required.
Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card, required.
Class G Drivers License, required.
3-5 years experience in service of Water Heaters and HVAC equipment, an asset.
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position (i.e. occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery).
Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e. Electronics/electricity).
