This position requires a handyman with three years of contractor experience, knowledgeable in essential renovations. You will install cabinets, doors, flooring, and perform drywall repairs. Possessing a valid Ontario driver's license is mandatory, and problem-solving skills will enhance your effectiveness on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install vanity cabinets and sliding doors
• Perform drywall and painting tasks
• Cut and install on-site closet shelves
• Lay new flooring in vinyl, laminate, or hardwood
• Complete additional renovation tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ contracting experience necessary
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record
• Must be skilled in using necessary tools
• Capable of following project schedules
• Own the tools necessary for completion
