In this role, you will utilize rope access, swing stage, and bosun chair methods to clean exterior windows on high-rise buildings. Following all safety procedures is critical, along with inspecting and maintaining your equipment for peak performance. Clear communication with supervisors and maintaining high client satisfaction are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out exterior cleaning on high-rise structures

• Follow all necessary safety protocols and guidelines

• Prepare and inspect cleaning materials and rigging

• Maintain effective communication with site management

• Ensure high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience with rope access or suspended access systems

• Valid certifications preferred but not required

• Strong physical fitness and comfort at heights

• Ability to work in teams or independently

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
