Position: General Repair Technician at BGIS

In this full-time Technician III role, you will leverage your mechanical expertise to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC and other essential systems. You will work within established processes and practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems

• Manage work order life cycle and record maintenance data

• Assist in facility-related projects and compliance engagement

• Support client satisfaction initiatives through effective service

Requirements:

• High school diploma with trades training or certification

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on HVAC systems

• Strong knowledge of facility operations and safety practices
