You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our diverse fleet of construction equipment, contributing to both performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation

• Troubleshoot equipment issues for accurate repair estimates

• Inspect equipment for operational faults and failures

• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts efficiently

• Test equipment post-repair to meet compliance standards

Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience or relevant apprenticeship

• Strong diagnostic and failure analysis skills

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation

• Familiarity with Cat systems is beneficial

• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs
