Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner

• Monitor inventory of tools and equipment with the supervisor

• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records

• Conduct inspections on property features for safety compliance

• Assist in swimming pool maintenance and timely cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred

• Mechanical knowledge of tools, machines, and safety standards

• Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duty

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 113 kg with assistance
