Job Summary   MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking skilled and detail-oriented  Painters and Decorators  to join our dynamic team in Canada. As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities     Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating by cleaning, sanding, and applying undercoats or primers.

Mix and match paint colors, using the right tools and techniques to achieve the desired finish.

Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools throughout the project.

Work with a variety of surfaces such as wood, metal, plaster, and drywall.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Follow project specifications and client requirements meticulously.

Collaborate with other construction or renovation professionals on-site to complete tasks efficiently.

Required

Skills and Qualifications     Proven experience as a professional painter and decorator.

Familiarity with painting tools, equipment, and various surface preparation techniques.

Ability to follow design plans, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.

Basic English communication skills (oral and written).

Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and prolonged periods of standing or climbing ladders.

Flexibility to work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Experience     Minimum  2–3 years  of relevant professional painting and decorating experience.

Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred.

Previous international work experience or multicultural team collaboration is an asset.

Working Hours     Full-time position:  40 hours per week

Work may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on project needs.

Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.
