• You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a dish, pour sake, or guide the guest through their evening, your focus is on mastering your craft.

• Ideally, you already have experience in a busy restaurant, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.
• You are a spark of energy – full of passion for hospitality. (And probably say “Ja tak” more than once a day!)
• You love learning, keeping your hands busy. You flow like water - calm under pressure.
• You bring kindness, respect, and live the “big smile, small ego” way.
• Your team spirit will support your fellow Strange Fishes. We work and laugh in togetherness.
