We are seeking a talented Electrical Installations Engineer to become a part of our engineering team, installing, commissioning and servicing sites across London and the Home Counties.

The Role

As an integral part of our Electrical Installations engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing BMS (Building Management System) infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades not only enhance building performance but also pave the way for smart-enabled environments. You'll frequently engage in small works projects and liaise with subcontractors daily.

As an Electrical Installations Engineer you will be responsible for installing (1st & 2nd Fix), maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing BMS systems across various client sites. You will play a vital role in enhancing energy efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and spearheading digital transformation for our clients. This Electrical Installations Engineer position is a Monday to Friday days position and will involve travelling to sites within London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities

* Install Systems (1st & 2nd fix)

* Commission systems

* Conduct both routine and reactive maintenance on our Smart systems.

* Install, configure, and maintain system hardware and software components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.

* Draft quotations for BEMS solution enhancements or new installations.

* Identify and suggest opportunities for system improvements or upgrades.

* Liaise with Subcontractors and lead small works projects

Qualifications & Experience

* City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering

* 18th Edition

* City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection

* AM2

* ECS Gold Card

* A minimum of 3 years electrical engineering experience

* An engineer that is hands on with electrical installations and has experience in maintaining BMS and HVAC systems.
