An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in Kingston, South West London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Kingston on a temp to perm / ongoing basis. The engineer will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in building maintenance. The company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £28.00 per hour.

• Monday to Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• Temp to perm / Ongoing
• Up to £28 per hour

• Lighting (small installation, fault finding, lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• AHU / FCU (filter changes, etc.)
• Control panels
• Changing ballast
• BMS system monitoring (i.e., hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update log books
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Electrically, mechanically, and plumbing qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (17/18th edition if electrical)
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client-facing
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
