A Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, is looking for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be a customer‑service focused individual.
Responsibilities- Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
- Foster a positive and friendly environment
- Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Strong telephone skills
- Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
