Hours:
7:30 – 2:30, full time with salary and benefits as outlined in the SLEA Paraprofessionals Contract. There is an opportunity to work during the extended school year.
Silver Lake Regional High School is seeking a job coach to assist the Pathways Program, a post‑secondary transition program that prepares young adults with severe disabilities to transition into adulthood upon turning 22 or earlier as determined by the Special Education Team.
Responsibilities include supporting students 1:1 or in a small group on the job site; transporting students to and from job sites in the community; working with other job coaches and program staff; and communicating with the Pathways program coordinator and other program coordinator or Special Education Coordinator. Additional responsibilities assigned by the program coordinator or Special Education Coordinator.
