Grade 2 Teacher Long Term Substitute
Kingston Elementary School in Kingston, Massachusetts is seeking a full time Grade 2 teacher long term substitute. This position is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2026 and last for approximately 3 weeks.
A successful candidate will:
- possess active licensure in Early Childhood (PK-2) or Elementary (1-6).
- be the lead teacher in a general education classroom and teach all subject areas.
- collaborate with grade level teachers.
- use data to inform instruction.
- communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- work with students, colleagues and families from diverse backgrounds with diverse needs in an inclusive and culturally-proficient manner.
- support students academically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
- report directly to the building principal.
This role is compensated at $312.00 per day beginning on day 1 of the assignment.
