Pay Rate: $28.00- $30.00 (Contract-to-Perm)
As a Customer Support Specialist
, you will be a key part of our Merchant Services team, helping new and existing clients manage and optimize their credit card processing systems. You'll work closely with clients ranging from retail shops to tech companies, providing direct support from setup to troubleshooting.
- Set up credit card terminals, payment gateways, and software
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for merchant clients
- Review client statements and explain fees
- Perform basic math to audit and reconcile client accounts
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records
- Support a variety of industries with diverse technical needs
- Comfort with software systems and tech troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and explain billing statements and fees
- Problem‑solving mindset; ability to work independently
- Experience in banking, IT support, or bookkeeping is a strong plus
