As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs while providing counsel to management regarding community issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred SNF experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Life Safety Regulations.
• Preferred knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning systems.
• Must be available for on-call rotations.
• Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
• Must carry cell phone and respond to maintenance calls.
• Must be able to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions.
• Must demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Must read, know, and follow personnel, department, and facility policies.
• Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to community.
• Must be able to see small details, in equipment, machinery, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan and follow policies and procedures.

Supervises staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.
