Assemble basic cable assemblies and wiring harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, GPS, and assembly procedures.;
Cut, strip, crimp, or solder wire and cable components to specified lengths and dimensions.;
Prepare cable for molding or potting operation by abrading and priming as required.;
Conduct basic tests to ensure cables and assemblies function correctly and meet quality standards outlined in the assembly procedure.;
Inspect all finished products for defects, ensuring cable assemblies compliance with technical specifications and assembly procedures.
