***** Responsibilities
* ** Manage company-provided leads while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive business growth.
* Generate referrals and cultivate long-term client relationships through centers of influence and strategic referral partnerships
* Present insurance proposals in a professional and consultative manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure client understanding and confidence in recommended solutions
* Communicates effectively and professionally with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and internal service team members through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
* Finalizes sales by collecting required documentation, applications, and signatures while ensuring a seamless transition to the service team.
* Builds trust quickly with prospective clients by identifying needs, overcoming objections, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
* Maintains strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management to maximize conversion opportunities and client retention.
* Prepares recommendations and coverage solutions for prospective accounts while adhering to agency policies and carrier underwriting guidelines.
* Maintains a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all client and carrier interactions to minimize errors and omissions exposure.
* Maintains current knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines for carrier partners represented by the firm.
* Represents the firm professionally within the community and in all interactions with clients and insurance company partners.
* Identifies opportunities to improve workflow, processes, and overall business performance while contributing positively to team culture.
* Meets or exceeds monthly new business production goals and performance expectations.
* Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

** Requirements
* ** Active Property & Casualty License required
* Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience required.
* Proven sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
* Strong phone sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently lead conversations and close business.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of personalities.
* Comfortable handling high call volume, follow-up activity, and pipeline management in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, agency management platforms, email, and virtual communication tools.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.#LI-KL1
